Great teammates are key to success in the consulting industry. No one succeeds in this business without them, which stresses the need to hire and retain good people. I learned this lesson in my 25+ years of consulting where I worked at a number of firms in both delivery and management. I can honestly say that Spyglass MTG has a great team.

My teammates at Spyglass strive to do what’s best for our clients. They are very good at what they do, and they share their knowledge with teammates and clients alike. The team regularly meets to discuss their clients and any issues they are running into. They share their knowledge to help each other. When my client has questions outside our contracted work and Spyglass has the expertise, our SMEs meet with them to help.

Spyglass has a strong team culture. People help each other and work together to be successful. Everyone is respectful of each other, approachable, and has a good sense of humor. At my client, Spyglass’s CTO, Service Leads, and Operations staff have all jumped in to complete work because they had the expertise to get it done.
