Great teammates are key to success in the consulting industry. No one succeeds in this business without them, which stresses the need to hire and retain good people. I learned this lesson in my 25+ years of consulting where I worked at a number of firms in both delivery and management. I can honestly say that Spyglass MTG has a great team.

The team regularly meets to discuss their clients and any issues they are running into. They share their knowledge to help each other. Spyglass has a strong team culture. People help each other and work together to be successful. Everyone is respectful of each other, approachable, and has a good sense of humor.
